Revolutionizing Pole Fitness

Saturday 29th August | 3-6pm

Pole & Pranayama is a 3-hour immersive experience exploring breath, movement, sensuality and self-expression.

Begin with an opening circle & guided breathwork, followed by mirror work, focused on creating space to connect with your body, your reflection,  and your sensuality.

From there, move through an embodied yoga and stretching practice before stepping onto the pole for an hour of sensual movement, pole technique, floorwork, and play.

Close the afternoon with nibbles, connection and optional tarot readings.

All levels welcome. No previous pole or yoga experience required.
