Revolutionizing Pole Fitness

Come and learn some of Bec T’s favourite tricks and transitions using the base of the pole. This workshop will cover a range of handstands, forearm stands and shoulder stands in creative and fun combos. Kneepads are recommended and heels are optional. This workshops is suitable for intermediate and above students with lots of regressions and progressions available.

Looking to start your journey into static dynamic? Come and learn the foundations with Bec T! This workshops will cover the techniques that go into power spins, dynamic rotations, and using momentum to create weightlessness. Suitable for intermediate and above students, and requires a strong aerial straddle, with lots of progressions and regressions available.

Learn to seamlessly tie together pole combos and dance sequences in this 90-minute workshop with Bee! 

This workshop will cover a range of tricks for all levels - beginner through to elite - with a focus on dancing and flowing through the combos to effortlessly transition into choreography sequences, making it the perfect workshop to get prepared for comps!

This workshop is recommended for intermediate and above levels due to the fast nature of the choreo and some incorporated skills, but will have options suitable to all levels! Knees pads and heels required.
